We understand that every couple and wedding is different and we have an array of affordable and customizable packages to pick from to provide you with exceptional services that begin as soon as you book us, regardless of where you're beginning your wedding planning journey. Every package includes clear, detailed communication, lots of love and guidance, and creativity.

Planning packages

Wedding Day Management & Consulting

If you have already researched vendors, chosen the perfect location, and know exactly how you want your wedding to look and feel, then this service is designed for you. Although this package is our "month of" package, we begin planning with you as soon as you book us. The importance of this is we want to be there for any questions or concerns you might have, as well as establish a relationship with you and your vendors, so we can understand your specific needs and preferences for your wedding. With this planning package, we draft your timeline, confirm details with your vendors, provide guidance and answer any questions you might have, and are on location on the day-of  as your day of coordinators to make sure you get to spend quality time with your friends and family. This includes wedding rehearsal, ceremony & reception. It’s an investment for a stress-free wedding day. In addition to our base packages, clients have the option to include our "set up and break down" bundle.

Partial Planning

Partial Planning includes all the logistical help of the “Month-of” package, plus a series of meetings and consultations throughout the entire planning process. This package is customized to meet your needs, and you can use your meetings to address any details you need help with. We can help you find the most professional event vendors to fit your budget and personality and execute the perfect wedding day. In addition to our base packages, clients have the option to include our "set up and break down" bundle.

Full Service

Our Full-Service Planning Package provides complete relaxation from start to finish! This package includes all of the things our month of and partial planning packages include, plus more! We will guide you through each step of the planning process, from selecting the perfect venue and the best vendors, to selecting floral and other details, and ensuring everything flows smoothly on your special day. In addition, we will communicate every necessary detail is properly and efficiently to all your vendors, and we will take care of all of the tedious details such as drafting your timeline and assisting you in creating the perfect seating chart. In addition to our base packages, clients have the option to include our "set up and break down" bundle.


Decor and Design Consultations

Our Decor and Design Consultation package is perfect for any type of event. This package includes a consultation with our event designer, a custom mood board with itemized notes, and referrals to the vendors our designer believes to be the best fit. This consultation can help clients to identify important design details including colors, styles, decor elements, florals, and budgetary needs. In helping our clients to identify these needs, we can help our clients save hundreds of dollars by repurposing items, providing rentals, and helping clients to eliminate decor items with will put them over their preferred budget. By pairing you with appropriate vendors, we are also helping to ensure that the vendors you're working with can meet your budgetary needs. In addition, our designer can create a package of rentals for each client, which includes set up and break down of those rental items if the client is already contracted with As You Wish for planning services.


This coaching package is perfect for the newly engaged client that is planning their own wedding and is seeking guidance from a Certified Wedding Planner. We will act as your wedding coach and help guide you through the planning process. This package is also perfect for out-of-state couples. Meetings are scheduled in 2-hour increments, and up to 10 hours may be scheduled. Your Wedding Coach  will answer questions about budgeting, contracts and more. You will also receive a detailed wedding checklist and our exclusive Preferred Vendor List.

Set Up & Break down

Our set up and break down package is an addition, which can be added to any of our planning packages. All of our planning packages include set up of small basic event decor items such as your champagne flutes, cards and gifts sign and box, cake knives, etc. For clients who need additional decor items like candles, florals, chargers, or larger wedding decor items set up, we create a custom package that provides all of the set up assistance you need. Prices for these packages vary based on how extensive the event set up is. This can however save you money, as we can repurpose your ceremony decor and florals for other purposes in your reception without the additional repurposing fee other vendors would charge. With this package, we help to set up your ceremony and reception decor in a timely and organized manner, so that your loved ones may participate in all of the pre-ceremony activities. Then, toward the end of the event, we will carefully pack your personal and rental items, so when your event ends, you won't have to worry about finding and packing all of your decor items.


Our team has designed packages to make event decor and design a simple and enjoyable element of your event. Event decor can be quite expensive and difficult to store or give away after your event. To help our clients save some money and time, we have a variety of decor items available to rent. Our team can also help create a design and theme to fit your event style.

Personalized Decor

Our designer and creator, Cortney Hartwell, has personalized and custom decor available to our clients. From seating charts and welcome signs, to large backdrops, unique place cards, and 3-d printed creations, Cortney can design and create many decor elements that are a reflection of each client for their events!

Decor Rentals

One of our goals as your event planners, is to help save you money however we can! Over the years, we have carefully selected and accumulated decor to provide to our clients. We have many items such as candles, generic signs, vases, lanterns, and other decor rentals, so that our clients don't have to try to sell, store, or give away items after their event. Item quantities, colors, and costs vary. Please inquire for more detail.

Complimentary Decor

We have a variety of decor items that are included in your As You Wish planning packages, such as table numbers. We want to save you money and time, by providing some of these items for you so you don't have to purchase them yourselves. While planning with you, we will guide you through decor we often see at events, and if we have a complimentary option to offer you, we will absolutely offer! If you have specific items you're in need of, please inquire before purchasing items so we can save you money that you can use towards other parts of your event or save!

We want to help celebrate all of the important moments in life, so we provide a variety of customizable packages to help plan private events such as showers, birthday parties, anniversary parties, engagements, and more. Each package is carefully crafted to fit the needs of your celebration!

Bar/Bat Mitzvahs

An important moment in life such as this requires special attention to detail! We are happy to help plan every detail of this special occasion. We can help with vendor selection, venue selection, table charts, and more!


Showers are an exciting time to celebrate those preparing for some of life's most precious moments such as wedding showers and baby showers. We can help in determining a theme, colors and decor, floral, and all of the other shower details.

Private Events

There are lots of other events such as family reunions, Christenings, funerals, and other large events that may require planning and high attention to detail. We are happy to assist in everything from decor to menu selection and all the in betweens!

Corporate Events

The As You Wish team can help plan the perfect office party, corporate gathering, or conference. We're ready to help you plan any professional event.


This package is designed for large and small events conferences alike. We provide guidance and knowledge in planning your event including selecting vendors, meal choices (if needed), decor, rentals, and your venue. This package is perfect for speakers, workshops, educational seminars, and other events.

Corporate Parties

We can help plan all of your corporate special occasions including retirement parties, Holiday parties, Galas, and formal business dinners. This package provides vendor and venue selections, decor and budget guidance, and menu selections. This package also includes day of coordination for the event. Much like our other packages, set up and break down can be added on to help insure your event is stress free.
